Refund Policy

You may request a refund before work begins on your briefing.
Work begins when you complete the intake (written questions) or any scheduled intake call, whichever occurs first.

After work begins, fees are non-refundable due to time allocation and analytical work commenced.

If Protect My Corp is unable to deliver the service as described, a refund will be issued

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Protect My Corp shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or services.
